Mercury is a character in the current story I have swirling around my head (ieieQuest for lack of a better name xD).

Her hair is a really fluffy substance that has gas-like properties, so she has like... pink bubbles floating off of her head.

She has a big ol' axe and she's going to be a villain! Yandere? I don't know much else right now
